everyone starts off with the vanilla cone until they hit 25 points,(posts posted) and then you move up
don't worry about it. a lot of people arent new, but we all start off with vanilla cones.:)

It is to see if you pay attention and whether you will respond to it in either a mature or an immature way. (Some people never notice the vanilla cone, or ignore it, or are sufficiently smart to fathom its purpose. Other people read Ron's golden signature line.)
