I think i am looking at this differently than most if not all of the posters.
I don't think this is just for the guys, isn't to be attractive but for the girls that feel inadequate.
However i do think surgery is going too far. I think if anything girls should know that not every vagina looks the same. There should be more discussion about the differences.

I love pussies and they are all different.  Some women have really big inner lips and others very small.  Some are pretty even and others are not.  Personally, I think we should be delighted that the powers that be gave us happily sensitive vaginas and appreciate their differences.  One of my inner lips is nearly an inch longer than the other and I sure never had any complaints.  I had a weird adolescent moment when I wondered if it was "normal", but I am close enough to my mom that I asked her and found out hers were the same way, so yay for genetics. My mistress has very small inner lips and a much larger clit than mine. Also, being one of those with bigger inner lips, I have to say that it never hurt to have them slip inside during sex until I was pierced, but it is fairly easy to avoid anyway.  I suppose if sex was painful I would consider vaginal surgery, but for aesthetics it seems totally ridiculous.  Many porn stars seem to have had their lips altered so there are hardly any inner lips and I think that as an alteration looks odd.  Also, wouldn't one lose sensitivity?

I wonder how many girls had a simular momment but did not have a close mother to make them feel normal. How many girls grow up thinking there is something wrong?
