has anyone used Operant conditioning intentionally to introduce a woman to slavery?

Operant conditioning technically defined as, Operant conditioning (sometimes referred to as instrumental conditioning) is a method of learning that occurs through rewards and punishments for behavior. Through operant conditioning, an association is made between a behavior and a consequence for that behavior.

I realize that most use a form of this unconsciously but has anyone done this as a planed course of conditioning and how did it work out?

Also has anyone used it on older slaves that may have been in service before?

I thought this was pretty much how a lot of training happens. Reward for good behaviour, punishment for bad. Happened in this house just didn't use any fancy names for it. Worked pretty well I am told.

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 3:33:54 PM)

true but formalizing the thought sorta gives me a different was of conceptualizing and understanding it

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 3:35:14 PM)

sorta like flat earth, round earth, same earth, different concept

another one for that's how it goes here as well but never gave it a term..just another part of how it works for us.

Is d/s really this hard to understand??

Do what you're told or face the consequences. If you do what you're told eventually it pays off in some kind of reward even if it's just knowing you made him and/or yourself happy.

Kinda how all of life works ya know.

No..lie to me.

Of course the truth.

I mean really..if it's so very difficult to understand, maybe it's not in you and maybe it's not who you are? And if it's not...why try to fit a square peg into a round hole?

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 3:48:37 PM)

this is my opinion only

for a woman lucky enough to fall into the hands of a capable man early off, mostly what she has to do is follow

for a man to develop that capability takes a commitment of time, experience and anylitical thought

Seriously?  I'm sure this fits in nicely with your other theory that submissives aren't supposed to think.

i've often said own the body, own the mind, make good use of both, but i guess you missed that

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 3:58:03 PM)

personally, i don't have to like you to agree with you and i don't have to dislike you to disagree with you

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 4:00:35 PM)

I'd like to say this kindly, without malice or any snarkiness intended.  You say a lot of things, but you don't really SAY anything.

My reference was to your journal, you keep pointing people to.  Yes, I read it.  Or well, most of it.  You really do propose a theory on why a submissive shouldn't think.  If you took enough time to let your brain catch up to your fingers - you might not be giving others such a consistent impression of reading a fortune cookie every time you post.

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 4:03:03 PM)

then you don't really listen

and nowhere in my essay do i say she shouldnt think, i go to great lengths to explain the only way to ever understand her is to listen intently

WinsomeDefiance -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 4:03:41 PM)

Yes dear.

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 4:04:07 PM)

i fucking love the way a woman thinks

osf -> RE: Operant conditioning (1/2/2010 4:05:10 PM)

i do , dear
