I gotta agree, Frankenfurter! I love that sweet transvestite. Riff Raff was pretty nifty too.

The Emperor from Star Wars. It takes patience, hard work, and people skills to work your way up to mannipulating the majority of an entire galaxy in making you it's leader. Charisma, mannipulation, endurance, and heartlessness. He had it all and fooled everyone till the very end.

There are many good villians.... but the daddy of them all has to be Darth Vader!
Bad ass on a galactic scale.... and looking cool whilst doing it

Dracula and Lestat.  I have a bit of a vampire fetish.  Especially if they're hot.
Mmmmmmm..... Gary Oldman as Dracula in those blue spectacles with the top hat.  Drool.

And if we want to get into comic books, Morpheus (Sandman...I know he's really not a villain per se, just dark) and the Corinthian from the Sandman comics really rock.

The female cynabite (or however you fucking spell that) from Hellraiser is cool, too.

If we're going historical, Mordred's the best.

I've always had this odd villain complex.  I root for them most of the time.  It goes pretty deeply into the sexual realm as well.  I like my men like I like my graveyards... dark and scary.

Darth Vader - Can destroy a planet and not flinch... gotta respect that

Pinhead from Hellraiser - If ever there was evil incarnate it is Pinhead

Jigsaw from the Saw movies - The worst type of villian... one with nothing to lose. Twisted, sadistic, evil... what's not to like?

Hannibal Lecter - Is truly scary because he combines charisma, intelligence and insanity all wrapped in one neat package.

Freddy Kruger - The reason he makes the list is because his realm is the dream world where anything is possible.

The alien from Alien - A machine... pure, simple machine.

The Borg - Relentless, cold and calculated.

My Ex-Wife - Never have I seen a person turn so quickly into something I never expected. She makes the list.

The squid from 200,000 Leagues Under The Sea - Scared the living daylights out of me as a kid.

Jeffery Dahmer - He makes the list because he was not a fictional character. Reality is far more scary than fantasy.

Darth Vader because James Earl Jones' voice just makes me tingle when paired with the suit!
(the ultimate Dom maybe?)

Also the Agent Smith from the Matrix.
