i knew an ER Doc in NYC who said that a lot more people die from this sort of play than you think - as a matter of fact, it is so common it doesn't even make the news. As DesFIP points out, it is impossible to judge the body's reaction from one session to the next - each session will be different due to your physiological homeostasis that day. And yes, cardiac arrest happens just as often as flat out asphyxiation. And yes, i am a slave posting this - and i trust any potential Owner for me to be smart about these things and the risks as well, and for him to make safe decisions for me. Sometimes part of not breaking your toys is simply not playing with them that way in the first place.
