Well, didn't this get interesting? LOL. Last time I checked, not all doctors accept all new patients, even when they have open appointments. Not all lawyers accept any and all clients. Not all hairdressers are open to all folks who need a haircut. Not every prodomme will accept clients who are not local. Any person offering their services gets to chose whether or not they want to take you on as a client. They get to base that on whatever reason they see fit.

Discrimination over the purchase of sexual services isn't going to be covered under the same laws as discrimination over selling/buying a box of Munchkins. For starters, the purchase of sexual services is generally illegal. Secondly, when you behave like a twit, you're not going to get a woman to want to get naked, hot & sweaty with you.
