well- I would want a cat on a jury if it were me. the jury then could not convict me- well the cat could not verbalize the words to do so.

so who would be placed in jail? no one. they dont jail cats. Speaking of all that huge crack down in PA over puppy mills. I dont know what to think about it. I guess we now have the toughest kennel laws in the country- (PA)
