Glad I saw this post Rich, I was going to start a similiar one.

As horrific as the situation is in Haiti, many Americans may not
realize the ramifications of the election in Mass. tomorrow.

Very,very, very important election.
I was thinking why couldn't one of the Kennedy clan just go ahead

and run for Ted's seat?
Brown would end the Democratic filibuster majority in the Senate.

Here is a great link, discussing the important possibilities.

I think because they knew they couldn't win the election. It's a bad time to be a democrat.

Is 'The Kennedy seat' some kind of euphemism for the electric chair?

Don't sit there not if it has wheels on.

The far left whackjobs are going nuts.. lol.... Chris Mathews says the voters of Mass are commiting pre mediatated murder of the healthcare bill if Brown wins and Olberman just called us all racists if Brown wins.

The ugliness by the leftists is a very sad commentary.

Its pretty clear that Brown has won, and Obamacare has been soundly rejected. There are obviously far more Tea Partiers out there than the Democrats realized...

That doesn't supprise me at all. Any one that didn't vote for Obama was also a racists. I do have to ask though. How can you be a racists when a minority isn't running ?

Well... they are murdering the Healthcare bill. I'd say this is pretty clearly a repudiation of the Healthcare Bill by the state of Massachusetts.

Given that the last time the state elected a Republican senator was 1972, were I running the DNC I'd be hugely concerned. Massachusetts was one of the "safe" states.

Ouchies!
I have to admit Rich, the bill sucked.

They need to can it, start over and work it out live on C-Span.

This is clearly a repudiation of Obama Care. It sends a very clear message to the current administration. When the bluest of blue states votes in a republican the remaining dems better listen up. Change came quickly.

I don't recall you condemning the ugliness of the  republican party's lies about death panels, pulling the plug on granny, and denying health care to republicans. Did I miss your posts on those particular uglinesses, or do you only see ugliness where it suits your ideology?
