Hi, I'm very new to all of this but very intrigued. I would love to find a dominant man who would be willing to train me, I would be very loyal. Hopefully, someone that is local or close to me, and would be very discrete. I am very willing to please the right person.

Not exactly.  "Training" is usually a euphemism for "I'm going to get into your pants without any commitment" that Doms sometimes use on newbies.  "Discreet" usually means married.
