i want to lactate, i tried the manual technique for hours

felt amazing but nothing came out.

Unfortunately, I work too much to be able to induce lactation. Maybe when things settle down a bit it'll be feasible. Until then, I'll live vicariously through those of you that are lactating

Here's a question though. Does the technique work if you've never lactated before or is more geared to those who once breastfed?

I agree that dedication is needed.To get milk faster you would have to pump more often(that may make your nipples sore).Using a drug to help induce would certainly achieve it faster.

I tried it for shits and giggles...it took about 2 months of pumping for a 1/2(15mins each side)hour, every 4 hours using a 40.00 pumping machine.

actually i do know of a slave that never had children whom it worked for, it just took a good long while for it to be successful.

I have been very fortunate...my last child was born 11 years ago and every now and then I have milk stains in my bra...of course especially after time with my adult baby.
