Call For Immediate Arrest of 5 Supreme Court Justices For Treason(VeteransToday) – Five members of the Supreme Court declared that a “corporation” is a person, not a “regular person” but one above all natural laws, subject to no God, no moral code but one with unlimited power over our lives, a power awarded by judges who seem themselves as grand inquisitors in an meant to hunt down all hertics who fail to serve their god, the god of money. Their ruling has made it legal for foreign controlled corporations to flush unlimited money into our bloated political system to further corrupt something none of us trust and most of us fear. The “corporation/person” that the 5 judges, the “neocon” purists, have turned the United States over to isn’t even American. Our corporations, especially since our economic meltdown are owned by China, Russia and the oil sheiks along with a few foreign banks. They don’t vote, pay taxes, fight in wars, need dental care, breathe air, drive cars or send children to school. Anyone who thinks these things are people is insane. Anyone who would sell our government to them is a criminal and belongs in prison. There is nothing in the Constitution that makes this “gang of five” bribe sucking clowns above the law. There is nothing in the Constitution that even mentions corporations much less gives them status equal to or greater than the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of government. The Supreme Court of the United States has no right to breathe human life into investment groups owned by terrorist sympathizers, foreign arms dealers or groups working for the downfall of the United States and everything we believe in, but 5 “justices” have done just that. We now have a new government above our government, above our people, one above any law. You really have gone over the edge. 1. Why should the Constitution mention corporations? Its a state issue. 2. Corporations are merely aggregations of natural persons. You can't deny natural persons free speech either directly or indirectly. 3. Since when don't they pay taxes? Since when don't the shareholders and executives vote? Since when don't they send their children to school? 4. There is no result from this ruling that has any fucking thing to do with power "equal or greater than" the 3 branches of government. What are natural laws? There are plenty of people not subject to God; they don't believe in one. Speaking of that, which God are you talking about? There are plenty to choose from. Corporations don't have unlimited power over our lives. When you read articles like this, do you apply common sense to them?

New flash, corporations have a right to lobby Congress as well as the people do. There's nothing in the Constitution that denies any organization or corporation that right. The fact is that even the movie 'Mr. Smith goes to Washington' was made by a corporation and it had a significant political message. That's why we call it the first amendment. Everyone has a right to express their viewpoint through public airways. If you don't like it, you turn the channel. The only thing they don't have the right to do is put foreign crapola that we can't understand, nudity, and vulgarity on public airways, but they certainly have the right to put it on cable. Now, I despise corporations as much as you do, but the fact is, when corporations do well, Americans should do well, and if they did away with free trade, and outsourcing that would be entirely the case. That's the fault of Congress. Not the Supreme Court. Corporations, organizations and movie companies have been trying to influence voters forever, and it's up to the voters to use their common sense. We also have Hollywood movie stars that have continually used their millions to finance their own liberal agendas. There are also just as many wealthy democrats as there are wealthy republicans who contribute to organizations that further their social agenda. Obama is simply becoming frustrated that his agenda is falling apart, and he is now lashing out at the Supreme Court. Ironically, the Supreme Court could choose to hear a case about the validity of the election, and there's a good chance Obama would be impeached. California's attorney general never verified that he was a natural born citizen as state law requires. I imagine many states failed to do the same. Ultimately I believe your position is wrong because a corporation is a legal person not a natural person, however this does not alter the fact that the officers of a corporation are under a duty to use the assets to provide the best possible return on shareholder investment, and if it may be of benefit to the corporation to influence legislation such that the profit making activity is maximised, then those officers will have failed in their duty. That the corporation is a legal person does not alter this duty in any way, nor does it alter the ability of the corporation to so act. What is therefore required is to look at corporation law and revise it, amending it such that corporations are maintained in all other respects as now to invest, but restricted from participation in the political process, which is the sole right of the people. The only exemptions to this are with regard to news, documentary and commentary operations where the sole purpose of the business is the production and publication of such material, but even here there must be a prohibition on the use of company assets for partisan political purposes. The legal industry is completely corrupt at all levels and the more people that go into court pro se, pro per, in propria persona are coming out with "first hand" knowledge and can testify to that fact. Because they are listed in D&B they are BUSINESSES and NOT the PEOPLES COURT BUT THE INDUSTRIES COURT. I assume since you are in it that you do understand what I am talking about right?
