I'm not trying to be argumentative here, but a couple things come to mind. 

We're talking about a French man and a Brazilian woman.  While both of those places tend to be more open about nudity, it doesn't mean she is particularly comfortable with it.  Also, that kind of nudity is not as prevalent as you might think.  *Or so I've heard. 

A strip tease is different from a nude beach visit.  I've done them both.  One is very anonymous and one is very personal.  I'm very comfy on a nude beach, and nervous as all get out doing a strip tease. 

Where did he order her into a hotel room?  I didn't see that.
Nowhere do they say she can't have friends there to support her, I don't see them saying it has to be in a private place alone with some dude she doesn't know, and also they seem like fairly smart people who are into sexual BDSM.  That's cool.

I think that generally speaking there is a tendency on this site for people to expect that the relationships here are very much live in or being close.  There is a certain strong sexual component of course, and how do we maintain that from far away?  Maybe I have a little more flexibility around it because I've had these kinds of relationships; I don't know.  But I do know that there have been people I know who have been told to do things like that before... not that specifically but something... and I've helped them do it.  Nothing illegal, but still difficult for the person.

I think you have an excellent point about safety, and I agree it should be done with a certain amount of wisdom.  But this is really not that different from what a lot of us have done.

As to what I've highlighted, why are those the only two options?  Who knows why he wants her to do what they are talking about?  I certainly don't know the motivation.  But I do know that wiitwd is not all or nothing, black or white.  There are many ways of doing things.
