Try ineffectiveness, then. He had 60 Senators and, what, something like a 78- seat majority in the House (256-179? Close, I think). Did he pass his signature legislation/ Did he even write nis signature legislation? He answers questions. BFD. There are, imo, 535 Sens and Reps who can do that with almost as much aplomb as can he; although most admittedly lie only more abashedly.
