Small eels + funnel + enema = amazing trajectory

What is the "eel girl"? It was an animated gif that was bouncing around CM for a while. It was taken from a movie. I happened to trip over another film of an eel girl and posted the link in to OP, only to have an afterthought about the TOS. So I searched or the old eel girl . . . to no avail.
