Chap gets a suspended sentence for fraud after offering spanking sessions to two women.

Refreshing to see a report that doesn't focus on the fetish and avoids the usual trap of calling him all the sick bastards under the sun...

Fans of legal goings on, take note: The sessions were videotaped, but he wasn't charged with anything to do with them

Sheesh - if I'd known it was that easy to get a degree I wouldn't have spent 3 years with my nose in a book!

Let's see- the women got spanked, "paid for their time", and offered degrees. Sounds like one heck of a deal for them. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what crime was alledgedly committed, as it clearly states the sesssions were consensual??

so I guess such a solution is no way out for my exam tomorrow

even when I think that my prof would be reasonable hot to be spanked from

It's not the spanking that's the issue - it's offering fake degrees. That's against the law.

Yes. That's what I liked about the piece. Despite all the panic and kerfuffle over the new, draconian obscenity laws and all the worry that anything even slightly kinky, even consensual was going to be prosecuted heavily, the consensual, filmed spankings and canings go totally unprosecuted.

I had a thought it might put some minds at rest to see an actual case where the kink was ignored.

Ahah, thanks for clearing that up, Fitz. I was a little confused for a minute. Although the alledged "victims" do bear some responsibility- they were willing to bare their butts for a degree they knew they hadn't earned. Makes them sound not quite so naive and innocent.

I still think the girls got one heck of a deal, even without the degree. A nice spanking and paid for it to boot.

No kidding! I'd have been happy to beat quite a few asses, as it is; just thinking of how much I had to pay in student loans makes me want to bend over and say "thank you, may I have another"
