Well for me, first and foremost, it is the Pedro Almodóvar factor. He really likes to push boundaries in his films and for that I adore him.

Actually, if you're going to talk Antonio Banderas, how about Rebecca De Mornay topping his wet, naked body, in "Never Talk to Strangers"? It's not a great movie, so, not the content of Almodovar, but the sex scenes are good looking and hot.
