Tiffany has a line of key charms (to me they look like handcuff keys of course..lol) that come in a variety of price ranges and styles. Very classy gift for a kinky lady (I think) -- would love to hear if other women agree.

Those are great AAkasha, thanks for sharing!....My sub purchased me one last year when the keys came out, they are a lot fancier now.

Another one of My favs is this one...kinda looks like cuffs...Tiffany 1837 circle clasp necklace. (I love tiffany stuff)
