anyone have any ideas on either DIY type gags or other gags that can be worn in the car (preferably to NOT draw attention from the coppers)?
I'd love any suggestions!

Does it have to strap or lock? Because I can't think of a better excuse to chain-suck lolipops.

Or wear a Turtle Neck top? I've worn a Gag before in a car, but I was laying on the back seat at the time. LMCLAO

Maybe a Pacifier, without the ring on the front? Or connect your braces together?

An order to be silent usually works pretty well for us athough if you want the fun of wearing the gag that may not be as helpful.

stuffing the mouth with panties and then tying in place with a piece of skin tone yarn should make for a covert gag.

I wonder if there's an audio setting on the erostek that wouldn't be set off by car noise but would pick up talking

I'll have to try that out.

GotSteel that's a good idea I hadn't thought of that! A lot of truckers use noise cancelling microphones. They usually have a push to talk button that would have to be modified or held in. I used a hand held one that only let my voice thru when I used it.

Maybe combine a soft foam neck brace with some sort of sports mouthguard? I doubt anyone would bother you, and shouldn't pose much of a safety hazard should you be in an accident.

I just got some strange idea in my head.....about a tooth protector with a small battery switch imbeded in it.....that remotely controls a butt plug that delivers shocks up the anus when the teeth take pressure off of it.

I've thought about getting a clone-a-willy kit & making a mold of my penis & making it into a Pacifier, or penis ball gag. You can make it any lenght but keep the head part, as that's the most important part of any penis gag.

I think it'd be a bad idea to have a fastened gag, what if you crash?

All it takes is one idiot comming the other way and you've got a lot of very awkward questions to answer.

How about a sports gum-shield?

You could use some non-toxic glue and stick two together. You could even insert a strip of plastic accross the shield at the back to keep the tounge depressed.

I think it'd feel restricting enough, it'd lead to a lot of drooling, and if the worst happens, it can be spat out before the paramedics arive.

I'm surprised no one thought of this one. clear packing tape. the type that's like 2 or 3 inches thick. especially if you get a big block of soft foam to bite into first >:) (that way no worries about you swallowing or choking on it like you do with panty gags because it's held in place by your teeth)
or there's the one that I want to try on a sub when I get one long term. get a ring lip piercing and a ring tongue piercing and a little padlock >:) you can even lock them together inside the mouth so all anyone can notice is that you have a lip piercing. or a pair of lip piercings so she can't even open her mouth.
or they sell ball gags with clear plastic straps, which you might risk.

It would be physically impossible to lock them inside the mouth as you wouldn't be able to get your fingers inside to lock them?

But you could link the two rings together. I recently got my tongue bar caught in my lip ring. Shut me up for a while

no her lips would be locked together at one point so you lock it outside then slide it sideways into the side of her mouth. like if you pinch your lips together in the middle you can still open the sides. not sure if she'd be able to push it back out with the tongue because that ring would also be attached to the padlock. oh and in case I didn't make it clear, not a full size padlock, one of those smaller ones. this one if you want really tiny http://www.tribalectic.com/store/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=16377&idcategory=377
