I've heard (and seen shudder) that people pierce their gums, but this is something totally different. I have quite a few piercings myself, but I wouldn't touch anything that extreme.

and yes, I am aware that it's a PhotoShop picture, I was talking about the pierced gums being extreme (although the teeth would be pretty bad too)

what about implanting gems into your eyes? people are doing that now.
