Status: offline 		OK so I love breast and nipple play. I like pain mixed with the pleasure, I like when my partner bites my nipples, slaps them and so on (I've never tried any other form of stimulation). The issue I am running into is that in the moment I adore it, then after 5 minutes or so they get really raw and sometimes bleed. This even happens if someone is lightly sucking my nipples and being gentle. After we are done playing I know I have like a week or so of healing time ahead of me (neosporin, lotion, shirts to bed, cotton bras). It's so frustrating! Does this happen to all women or are my nipples just very sensitive? I was hoping to get into more breast bondage and the like in the future but now I am afraid my nipples can't handle it. Would clamps, pumps and similar things do the same thing to me? Does anyone have advice so I can continue to enjoy what I love without the hassle?

Status: offline 		I totally understand your frustration with this. I had the same problem with he rawness and bleeding in my vanilla relationships where only biting and sucking were involved.

I have had absolutely none of the same reactions to prolonged use of clamps, slapping, flogging or even repeated use of zippers. Quite a bit of bruising, yes. But nothing that required after-care like biting. Biting is still involved but it is brief.

I would suggest that you go ahead and try the other things you want but leave off the biting and sucking on those days. It could very well be that your nipples are reacting to the enzymes in saliva and not the actual torture.

Status: offline 		I haven't heard of this happening to anyone else - which, of course, doesn't mean you are alone, just that I haven't encountered it!  Does this happen anywhere else on your body?

You might want to call your gyno and ask one of the nurses about it. I doubt it's a sign of something more serious but they would be a better judge of it's common or not and may have some helpful tips on how to work around it.

The only thing that I can think of, and I've no clue how well this will work, is that the skin is very dry. You may want to apply hydrating lotions and/or oils, particularly before fooling around.

Status: offline 		Ok, strange though it may be, I'm going to make a suggestion from back in my nursing days. My first child, tiny as she was, was nic-named hoover. And she would cause my nipples to bleed. And let me tell you, that little one was not willing to wait a week  in between feedings! This is a nursing specialist suggested, and it might help you here.

When you're in the shower twist, pinch and flick your nipples. Not to making them hurt, but to the point just before that. When you're able to, do not wear a bra. Let your shirt touch and rub against them. Do not put lotions and creams on them, only PURE lanolin for healing. The idea is to toughen them up so they're not so sensitive. Now, I had the added torment of a nursing child to aid in this process, but you can do it too over time. And not just the nipples, but the surrounding tissue too. I'm not saying this will completely eliminate the problem, but it'll help. Especially in an activity that you enjoy.

Status: offline 		I want to ad that my girl likes lots of rough stuff on her breasts and has no issues....EXCEPT...I have a very tough beard, and if I thik we are going to get into any rough oral stuff, I make sure that I am very close shaved, like an hour or two before.
One morning we got into it after I shaved that night, when she went to work I seen the iritation my stubble left on her, it was on her face all day. Not sure if your partner is a guy or gal, just pointing out somethig that hasn't been said yet.

After many years of pinching, twisting, nibbling, biting, clamping, slapping, flogging, wine, whiskey, ice, hot wax and whatever else I could think of - I've never made a woman's nipples bleed.

Status: offline 		Have you tried using lanolin instead of neosporin? Lanolin won't dry out your nipples and will prevent cracking. Another suggestion is to go into the baby section of your local department store and pick up a nipple shield. After play time, slather on the lanolin and sleep with the nipple shield and you should be good by morning. You can use any type of lanolin (also available in the nursing section) but I prefer the kind that comes in a stick like glue.

Take it from a professional nipple torturer, nipples come in all degrees of toughness from leathery to very sensitive.  Yes, yours are sensitive nipples. Clamps and similar things will probably do the same thing to you.  However, pumps maybe be an exception because there is no abrasion or direct trauma to skin surface. 

There are some herbal bath salts that worked miracles to speed up healing on my slaves with sensitive skin or nipples.  Look for chamomile and aloe blends.  Soak in that herbal bath the same day you play and get a good night's sleep.  This really makes a difference in recovery time.  You should be right as rain in no time.
