Want a straight up simple mind fuck?
Bring something absolutely deranged to your next session- a 15 inch dildo, a blowtorch, a plug the size of a bowling pin.

I don’t know how much you want to invest in this but here is an idea.

I have seen dildos shaped like dog penises. Get one and use it in general play. Perhaps discuss puppy play. Get some faux fur, and a few other materials and try out sensory play with them. After a while, at some point tie her up and bring a dog in to the room. A lot of people are uncomfortable with animals in the room but with the dildo, the fur and puppy play talk it could convince her she is about to get mounted. That will freak someone out.

I think 'mindfuck' has some elements we forget to mention:

1. a fear, hidden visible to the dominant, yet unexplored.
   
2. a casual talk, a safe talk, where she easily opens herself to it
   
3. a trigger,  something that makes both realize they are actually talking about HER fears 
   
4. a hope, she might overcome this bad situation
5. an excuse, she dares to think and say
6. an argument, the Dominant uses against her excuses

10. a whirl,  of hope - excuse - argument - despair - acceptance spining faster and faster, a fast trip to the core of her fear

I think these parts are always present in a mindfuck, weather it is purely mental or has some physical aspects.

I think of mindfucking as a therapeutic process, something like an aggressive psychoanalysis and it carries with itself all the elements of a successfull analysis :)
