On an average day I'm normally pretty laid back. However, the supreme arrogance displayed on this forum and the overall "know-it-all" attitude many people seem to have is very off-putting and not putting me in a good mood.

Simply put...I didn't ask for "advice" and in most instances it wasn't wanted or appreciated. I'm actually rather surprised that people here can be so brazen and expect no backlash. It's actually kind of disturbing.

Perhaps others here are comfortable with the way many of you approach newcomers, but I'm not. I didn't come here for a popularity contest or to see how many women I could nail before the week is through.

I came here to find THE ONE, the one that will redefine me. The one that will help me become better than I am. The one that will heal me. I don't expect her to be here, but it would certainly be nice.

dunno what it is with you but honestly,

1. most women (slave or nay) do not want a man they have to 'fix'.

2. some of us already have raised children, we don't need another.

3. nor do some prefer to choose a *coughs* grown man who needs another grown man to pin his mittens on.

4. I believe George Hamilton believed he would look 35 at 70 too. We all think at that at 30.

5. I do imagine though, that between whippings, I'd find you reading Spiderman comics.

6. You may only be 31 but to me, you are frankly too old to be fixed and the damage is done.

Personally..i am the same in or out of a relationship. If i require a s/o to make me a better person, then it doesn't say much for who i was prior to the relationship. A relationship w/ the right person does not redefine, nor does it change...it enhances

Submissive women are not looking for a kid to fix,I must agree. A leadership role requires confidence and ability to pull off. The last thing they want is someone who is a sucking emotional black hole-with enough baggage to fill the grand canyon.

At the same time, I wonder about guys with a "white knight complex"........since it so often points to some very basic lacks in self if you have to "fix" other people to feel good about yourself.

A lot of us here have been involved with people who come across exactly like the op-and they suck. They suck your time,your energy,your emotional well being-and you get a pay back in misery.

I guess we wish we had bitch slapped these people the same way ourselves-only before the fact-rather than after?
