Well, I do suppose it COULD be considered a kink. Depends on the person looking at the idea - you might recall a couple years back about PETA asking Ben and Jerry's to use breast milk in their ice cream (http://www.wptz.com/health/17539127/detail.html). They did have some legitimate concerns about using cow's milk over human milk, though how many are true and accurate, I couldn't say.

Like I said, in my opinion, it can vary from person to person. I'm not particularly into lactation, so maybe someone who was could provide some insight from their view?

It appears from the perspective of the couple it would appear is a matter of practicality.  IMHO kinky would be relative to perspective and approach.  I know there are people who do have the lactation kink.....it just wouldn't be mine.

Sure the chef likes using breast milk, it's loaded with fat. Might be good for a babys development but I don't think I'd be buying a brick or wheel any time soon.
I think they should make the cheese and feed it to the baby when he/she is old enough.

So, did anyone else see that farmer walking with the big stainless steel milking apparatus? Now THAT would make for a good fetish video.
