last night, durring a training punishment, My Mistress/Wife blidfolded me then put ankle restraints on me and brought my ankles to not far above my head. I then felt something small being placed in my ass.. then the tip of Her cock that is atached to me... And left the q-tip soaked with Capsaicin 15% for about 5 minutes in my ass.. and BOY did it start to burn.. i felt like there was a 10 alarm fire going off in my asshole... then the cock started to Burn BIGTIME.. and after about 5-6 minutes She took the Capsaicin soaked Q-tip out of my ass.. And started to Untie me.. With a very evil smile She rubbed the Capsaicin on my nipples. i didnt feel anything at first because my ass was BURNING my ass was burning SO BAD that i laid on my left side and pulled the blanket off my ass.. the cool breeze going through the room. really caused me alot of releif... But when the burn in my ass started to ease quite a bit.. my nipples started to burn A LOT...!! it took me 2-3 hours to get to sleep. It is now 11 or 12 hours later and my nipples still feel a little scratchy my question is..: will Capsaicin cause any permanent damage or just ALOT of pain

It looks like Wikipedia has a pretty good explanation of the Capsaicin in action (check Mechanism of Action part). Except in rare case "capsaicin does not actually cause a chemical burn, or indeed any direct tissue damage at all".

It's something that'll make you wish you were dead long before it kindly makes you so. Generally speaking, the odds of managing a chemical burn from it are tiny. If it helps you put it in context, they're debating putting it within the pill for cold meds: so tweakers who try turning the meds in to meth get more burn than high. Now think how over excited lawyers get in all those TV ads about suing any drug company they can scrape together half a reason to. You think they'd be pursuing it if there was the slightest risk of getting accused of causing permanent injury? For the future though: Use vegetable oil (I've heard baby oil works too) to lift it off the skin (water won't work, it'll just move it around). After that, apply lidocaine gel as a painkiller. It's probably worth keeping both in your toybag if you want to play with the stuff in the future.

its fairly harmless, it wont cause tissue damage afaik. (unlike 'tear gas/CS) OC is painful, but safe irritant agent. ...I get hit in the face with once a month (and tazed, and CS gassed too) to remind me what its like...as part of occupation. I've also never had suspect who was subdued with OC spray need medical attention beyond eye flushing.

I can confirm the above... it's awesomely painful, but according to all the resources I've found it's really quite safe. You can buy capsaicin rubs for muscle aches, and they're even using it as an anaesthetic: BBC: Chilli compound fires painkiller For those without time to read the article, it attacks only pain receptors and then opens a channel to get an oversize anesthetic molecule into the nerve cell. Neat stuff. I can speak from experience; get the cream near a sensitive bit and you'll be singing as you singe, but it's available over the counter at any drug store. O'course, it would be a good idea to try it in a small amount first to make sure the subject wasn't allergic to it. A severe allergic reaction is not fun.

Both advise to avoid getting it on the mucous membrains...such as gums and inside the eyes (oh phooey!) and i would assume that also includes the anus. My guess is it could burn the tissue.

You'd be safer off using a franks red hot that isn't pure capsacin just an fyi. capsacin can injure your eyes but other places just cause some mild tissue irritation. (i'm a rn)
