Are there many different kinds of hairbrushes to use or do people prefer certain kinds?

I'm not sure I understand the question.

There are many different styles of hairbrushes, just walk down the aisle of your local store. Do you mean for doing ones hair, or with which one would be smacked on the backside? I suppose you could mean juggling, but I'm pretty sure that's not the case.

Ah, I see. I was wondering if that might be the case, but didn't want to be presumptuous.... Contrary to popular belief, I don't live JUST to be presumptuous.

But, yes, the material, size and shape do certainly play a big part of the sensation.

The broad, wooden brushes are great for a solid, burning swat with a longer lasting after-effect.

The broad plastic ones deliver more of a sting than a thump, and have a great sound when landing. Especially the hollow ones, the kind with the squishy head/bristles.

Those are also good for turning around and swatting with the bristles. The cooshy part of it has enough give that, unless hit REALLY hard (like, inhumanly hard) there won't be puncturing, just a lot of little stinging spots. A rather intriguing sensation.

The more narrow ones will hurt more, in both cases, and both will tend to leave some nasty bruising. I've not really done much with those, as I choose not to mar my pets. And if they can't sit down, then they can't sit down on certain things. It's just not practical for my likes. ;)

Although there are many types of hairbrushes, I would think the nice polished wooden hairbrushes (oval-shaped) with the nice black bristles are the best for a good spanking. They have a slight convex sloping shape that will give a good contact smack. The plastic brushes are ok, but they tend to lose their handles (glued on handles can't handle the stress), and you'll go through them rather quickly. Any dollar store, or WalMart will do. Good luck.

The 3 thicknesses of latigo cemented together, along with the embedded fiberglass rods, provide plenty of stiffness and just enough flexibility. And, the 1/2" spikes can be used for other sensations. At a fetish flea a couple of months ago, i had a girl squeal after seeing it, then, exclaim that it was "like vampire gloves on crack!". Her dom bought it
