I haven't read all the posts. From what I remember this is done to young girls in Africa at a very young age and no pain killer.

It is done (uh, fresh?) just take a dirty knife and cut it out. Sew it up and let em bleed.

I will not say what has already been said, but I do have this to add. You assume that you and your Master will be together until death do you part, and you may be right. But what if He drops dead of a heart attack or dies in a car accident a week after you have this done? You will be left alone with no clit and no hope of ever having your Master back again. Are you willing to take that chance?

*wistful sigh*...for ages i had this fantasy, of having my clitoris and the surrounding tissue removed. not for any "torture" purposes as mentioned by the OP, but simply to not have to think/worry about the whole arousal issue anymore. i was dealing with major insecurities over my lack of ability to orgasm, because of disappointment expressed by a few men i served outside of my Master. now of course i expressed this desire for nullification to my Master, and while he found it interesting and potentially very pleasing, the fact that it would be permanent made it unacceptable to him. His response was, what if one day far in the future he wishes to see me in a state of intense arousal...he would not want that option lost to him.

so alas, i must learn to live with this useless clitoris of mine, lol.

I don't remember what culture it was, but I remember reading about a culture that would burn the woman's clitoris so they couldn't masturbate. maybe it was our culture. can't remember where i read it.

To me removal of the clit amounts to removal of the glans on a male penis, as for male circumcision I had it done when I was 38 and I'm all in favor of it the BS abot male mutilation is just that

while i am not a fan of the whole thing, it is your body, and i respect your decision as such.however, i have to wonder, since your master is into clit torture, if you had it removed, in theory, he would be left without something to torture...except the rest of your body. would he move on to another body part that has the possibility of being modified or removed? just curious.

This is an old post and may have been successfully contradicted already but the single most important benefit of male circumcision is a reduced risk of infection by the HIV virus.
So despite the long standing and possibly phallacious (sorry had to do that!) claims abou ordinary hygiene there is now a clear reason to perform this simple mutilation.
There is no such argument in favour of female mutilation.

My problem with anyone doing that is that it is irreversible. A castrated male can take synthetic testosterone. There is no equivalent for clitoris removal.

My suggestion? Do what you want and don't post about it.

Some cultures do it because they don't want their women straying.

Intriguing that you need to ask... one answer (not suggesting it is marylynns answer) is that everyone has limits and that mutilation would be a very common limit....
and
that it is one thing to be able to have an orgasm and to have it denied or considered unimportant, and quite another to have the capability removed and risk losing the state of arousal that adds so much to the submissive experience.

Depending on the specifics you can have this done at the local plastic surgeon.
Peoples ideas of what is illegal or ethical in this situation are tainted by the African story.

Still, not a choice to make lightly, or solely on another persons whim.
