I would need something that doesn't involve mint (of any kind), menthol, camphor or eucylptus, as I am allergic to all those things.

You do have to be careful with any mentholated petroleum products as the body absorbs them, but the pocket strips should have been safe.

any time your dealing with heat the issue is moisture content.  I suspect the girl in question was not very um wet.  The heat from the strips would make it very dry and very painful very quickly.  Also, it is likely they had no idea how she reacts to heat in that very sensitive area..  I would suggest if anyone is going to try these things... make sure there is alot of lubication going on... natural or otherwise.   Like anything consider what you kind of effect your doing to the body and how the body will react to it.

Having experienced Icy Hot both on my genitals and as anal lube, I can say with absolute conviction, that some people really enjoy that sort of sensation.  Unfortunately, the only way to find out is to try it.  I say if you're going to experiment, use a very very small amount and have soap and water at the ready.

Oh and yay!  This is my 100th post.  I think I'm Indecent now.

personally i LOVE the over-the-counter cream that is out for women now that makes her more 'hot' and 'excited'. it sure works for me. it is advertised as a woman's viagra and i can see that it is getting more popular as the price is going up and the tubes are getting smaller. it is called 'Finally'.

I've tried one called "Womanzone" and it's really good [;)] I also like the KY Warming Liquid.

I don't think I'll be putting anything else down there, recently as I've got a cold Master suggested I put Vicks Vaporub under my nose to help me breathe - I was soon wiping it off very quickly as it was burning my skin something fierce.

Hey a brief bit of advice for all the Doms and submissives out there.  I recently made the mistake of using a Listerine pocket pack strip as a stimulant inside a submissive's sexual area.  This on the surface this sounded like a fun idea.  ***** DON'T DO IT!!!!!!*****   It caused the girl a great deal of pain, not the good kind either.  We had to wash her out in the tub for almost an hour before she stopped burning. Fortunately she had no real serious reactions.  Just be warned my friends.

LoL

gosh if I didn't do that to kyra she would think I was punishing her.

and the cinnamon ones are my favorites.. the other flavors do not cause enough sensation for my taste...

A new favorite of mine is Lakota Topical Pain Reliever, he used it on my back and ass after a bloody abrasion scene with a little heavy beating...  that stuff felt good!!  Don't let the name fool you, it generates a lot of heat.  Probably uses the theory of creating pain in one way to make you forget about the other pain you are suffering from.

CeeNYC -> RE: Listerine Pocket Packs (4/3/2006 5:14:35 PM)

Guess the best would be being fisted with tea tree oil as lube...

Sensualips -> RE: Listerine Pocket Packs (4/3/2006 6:03:40 PM)

Has anyone tried "O'My" tingling gel? http://www.omyonline.com/pharmacy/products/
That stuff is amazing. A dab will do you, of course, but it is quite enjoyable!  The tubes are tiny, but it lasts a loooong time.

Some boy I'm not familiar with just sent me a long, detailed essay about using ginger root.  If that hasn't been posted, let me know, and I'll post it for your opinions.  I don't believe he wrote it, so I have no idea if the source is good or not.  I also have no idea why he sent it to me...

Pop rocks used on him is fun. Just make sure you clean it it off of him before penetration. The sugar can cause yeast infections.

It does seem that personal experience may vary... I've used the various stips with great success on 2 different women. I also recently tried a Durex product - combo lube/massage oil type of stuff with a fair amount of mentol in it. Did not have any glycerin and had a very light texture (more like an oil then a lube--Ithink its silcone based) Nice taste and MUCH MUCH more intense warming effect then the KY product.

It did, however, remove my partners fingernail polish--and she had not had too much of it on her hands. It also may be a bit drying in that it left my fingers a bit pruney/wrinkled with lengthy contact...

Tigersprincess -> RE: Listerine Pocket Packs (4/9/2006 9:02:01 AM)

cant help but wonder what camphor would do...

maybe someone could fill me in ??

PainfulWays -> RE: Listerine Pocket Packs (4/9/2006 11:49:12 AM)

i wonder if it's worse that ginger root, you know, reeling... that say that is excruciating for at least thirty minutes.. but does no damage and has been used for centuries..

in the victorian era, it was used in the ass, peeled, a finger off the root, during a caning to prevent the subject from "squenching" the ass cheeks... and it is still used by Masters today.. when they "squench" their muscles tighten down on the root causing more pain..

it is also considered an effective punishment..

for some reason i hear of it used analy not orally, i don't know why...

i know the strips are powerful.. i wonder how or if they compare to ginger since ginger is entirely natural... but so are some poisons... smiles...

PainfulWays -> RE: Listerine Pocket Packs (4/9/2006 11:50:54 AM)

i meant analy not vaginally, and i don't know why, sorry, ::giggles::
