Just so I can understand your mindset a little better. Were they the only two people on your payroll that voted for Obama? And did you tell them the reason was because of who they voted for? I had five drivers at the time. I determined through casual conversation that two had voted for Obama, two had not voted, and one had voted for McCain. I fired the two because they voted for him.

And told the others to start looking for other jobs a month or so later. Trucking was already in a bad way.....

I still have one truck for sale if you're interested.

I'm with LaT here. You're a putz if you fired two people for what is considered an American process. I wouldn't be in the market for a truck, and doubt seriously I would make it that easy on you and give you the sale.

(And I don't say that because you're a republican, but because of your prejudice and....you're a putz!)

You really should have some small inkling of the law before you post.

And you should have some inkling of what good attourneys can do. Trust me, if your cute little trucking business was worth taking, I'd be owning it. And doing a MUCH better job of running it than the current owner. Hell, I'd even allow both democrats AND republicans to work for me.......Me being the generous person I am and all.
