I've been on cm for yrs. (Over 5 yrs actually.) I've met a few people, made a few friends, generally enjoyed the site but didn't really expect much of it or anything.
she discovered cm while looking for chat rooms. she made a profile just to check out the chat (profile had a headshot and simply said "looking for a Mistress"), didn't care for it, didn't go back, forgot about the site.
Now, I normally only search the AL/FL/GA tri-state area. But for some reason last April, I expanded My search to include TN. I found her profile, which had only been up for 2 weeks, and, while I am obviously not a Mistress, I did find her attractive and just kinda had a feeling, so I sent her a brief message, including My yahoo ID.
she recieved My message, opened My profile, saw My pic and promptly closed it. she swears it was just too intense, too much of "be careful what you wish for". lol I dunno. I just know it took her a couple days to get back to Me. Then we chatted via yahoo once or twice and exchanged phone numbers.
Over the next 2 to 3 weeks, we logged approx. 3500 mins on the phone. We talked about EVERYTHING and at all hours. After the first week, it was decided that she would come see Me. We said we could wait a month. A couple days later, we moved the date up 2 weeks. Then it was "oh to hell with it, I need to see you now" and I bought her a bus ticket. :)
We had known each other all of 3 weeks when she hopped that bus with just a duffel bag and no return ticket. We had decided to play it by ear, see if the chemistry was there in person, and if not, I would get her a ticket back home.
I pulled up at the bus station and saw her before she saw Me. she was standing against the building, yawning and stretching, tired from the long ride, but beautiful nonetheless. I stepped up to her with a dozen roses and bottle of her favorite perfume. We kissed and it was magic.
We got back to My place and fell into bed and didn't come out til we had to. she met My family, they loved her. she called her family, told them she was fine and she was staying. she got her consideration collar and became My babygirl.
We've been together a yr now. she now has her permanent collar and we got married just over a week ago.
yes, we moved fast and were probably a bit foolish. But it worked. :) It hasn't been an easy yr, but it has been a great one, and we look forward to many more togther.
Oh, and she only "thought" she wanted a Mistress btw, she really needed a Daddi, she just didn't know it yet. lol
So, thx cm, for chance encounters and wonderful possibilities. And to everyone: you never know where you'll find love, yeah, you gotta keep your head outta the clouds to keep yourself safe, but keep your heart open at the same time. :)
