Whatcha think of the new title sequence? I figured they'd need something new this year and it looked both interesting and a bit spooky to me.

The conflict between Keith & Jonathan surprised me.

BTW, on previous Discovery marathons, ever notice how fast Phil was aging?

i think it is creepy that phil is now passed on and yet he is still on tv. that is just way weird to me. granted I was shocked when i had heard he died late last year. but what can one do?

The conflict between Keith and Jonathan didn't surprise me at all. Keith is an asshole. Keith threatens one captain with violence for fishing near his pots and then last year drops his pots on top of Phil's, then denies it and then blames it on his brother. I lost any respect I could have had at that point.

I'll second the asshole vote.

Originally it was the shoving that surprised me, but after seeing a rerun with the closed caption on, I realized what fired him off.

Still think he's an asshole, though.

The "Jake swap" will be interesting to watch as the season goes on, I'm thinking.

And Jeff, if you're reading this, it amazes me how much larger these boats are compared to the sword boats.
