Dinner was gooooood. Southern fried chicken, southern potato salad, musco deli olives (big green), red diamond cherry tomatoes and Corona beer.

the in-laws are arriving shortly so I splurged today and we're having homemade chicken pot pies - I even made the chicken stock myself instead of using Campbells. My house smells yummy!

Lunch was a tuna fish sandwhich and some fruit, an that'll probably be all that's eaten for the rest of the evening I dunno though.

Went to Golden Corral for dinner. I have been craving steak all day long. Breakfast will be southern hash browns with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon. Hopefully served in bed...

BBQ ribs from the crock pot are sitting in the fridge. I'm gonna' heat them up and cook some potatoes.

I am thinking of bringing our crock pot back in from storage. We have a few cook books on crock potting and the internet is your friend for finding new recipe's.
