Good morning RO - just saw youre now online (I have to go do some legal work in a minute so I will be away)

Something to consider in answering my questions - "the meaning of sovereignty is the decree of the sovereign makes law". I'm not so cruel not to give you hints you see, though this isnt the only aspect of your error.

The Act in Restraint of Appeals of 1533

this is really good shit ken.  I havent read it all yet but I was shocked at how similar my writing is to the writing in these documents.  some kick ass verbiage in there and timely I might add.

Just stumbled accross this which is way kool

THE king to the sheriff, greeting. Command A. that, lawfully and without delay, he restore to B. one hide of land, in such a town from which the said B. complains that the aforesaid .A. is keeping him by force, and if he does not do it, summon him by good summoners, to be before me or my justices, on the morrow after the octave of Easter in such a place, to show cause wherefore he has not done it; and have there the summoners and this writ. Witness: Ranulph de Glanville, at Clarendon.
this is some really good shit for writing up legal docs.

well thats oversimplified of course but the main point is you will never ever never see any chattel property create law.

For instance.

I can declare and enact a right and they have to abide by it here.  YOu dont have that luxury.

Its no different than the king or queen in that I can declare I have the right to walk down town with a nuke over my shoulder but if the people are terrified over the idea and kill me for fear of their safety then regardless if its a legitimate right or not doesnt do me much good if I am dead.  So operating from a position of sovereign or king has inherent limitations too.

gasp

there is a lot said there

I have to review this a bit closer.

On its face it does not appear to vitiate the contract.

I think you are becoming highly disruptive.

These folks do not want to hear any of this.   NONE.  You are shattering their very delicate harmony with the Crown.

Two soveriegn nations, each alike in dignity.......
There were some 750 indian treaties in the US 'vitiated' by the fiat of events.

So, like...............................ummmmmmmmmmmm. whatever.
But why just England?  Such asswipe was prepared and sealed in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy...just to name a few.

Hitler-Chamberlain.......peace in our time.
non-proliferation treaty....

How much less value is a contract (as you would have it) between god and mammon?

Rather a waste of effort all this.  Christ, I am surprised at how little history people know.

waste of time?  we already know it was a waste of "your" time.

Most likely like most americans the indians did not understand the legalese and thought they were agreeing to one thing and in reality were agreeing to something entirely different that by contrivance authorized whatever the guv did.

most likely not.  nearly anyone will say anything at the end of a gun (or sword, or knife, or noose).

But even in dire circumstances, when the sun rises also, we all succumb to velleity.

Just like marraige and then divorce contracts.......Well, I meant it at the time.

yeh well that is not the same category as treaties and grants of chattel.  never did much with marriage end of it.  Its treated differently and right now I cannot speak to it much beyond that point.

If you are free why do you need a passport Mr American?

You are not free, you are confined to your house and only allowed out if your mom lets you.

These folk can talk about wordage but this is academic because it's the practical reality that counts.
