So, somebody that didn't like my thread called "desperate dommes" moved it out. I'm not sure why he/she thought the women in this forum needed to be protected. They seemed to handle it very well.

For sure everyone will be happy if the only posts allowed are as bland as vanilla. Boring too.

I'm curious if most of the people here think that the protector of the innocent babes here did the right thing. The dommes didn't seem to need much help, considering the drubbing I received. I post replies a lot but the fact is I don't spam this forum with new posts very often. What's going on here?

I don't need protection from anyone. I'm not all that innocent. But yeah, I'm a babe ;-)

The thread was dangerous, DS. It had lost its fear of humans. I myself narrowly avoided being mauled to death last night when it jumped out of my computer and began snarling viciously at my bedroom door.

They moved it because they thought that was where it belonged. Just like they will probably move this one. Although I will agree that the dommes really didn't need any help. They were doing a nice job of making you look like a jerk all on their own. Of course, in all honesty, you do that just by typing your threads.

Well, I went and looked. The section guideline for the Ask A Mistress section says this:

This section is open to those wishing to ask questions of a Mistress, in the hope of receiving answers from that particular perspective.

Experienced Mistresses are also encouraged to share their advice and knowledge regardless of if a question has been asked to prompt response. If you know the topic to be something that is often on the minds of newer people, or a subject you have found in your experience to be beneficial to address, feel free to take the initiative and open the discussion yourself.

Now, personally, I'm of the mind that Ask A Mistress shouldn't be a catch all for anything and everything that people want to type up and use to insult Dominant women and think it's cool just because they chose to punctuate it with a question mark. Just the same as I honestly feel that General BDSM discussion should in some way be linked to discussions of bondage, discipline, sadism, and masochism or authority dynamics and the Positive Experiences section really should follow the guidelines of positive experiences of meeting other CM users away from the computer. It isn't that difficult to look at the section guidelines to figure out what topics go in what section.

If you had an issue with things written in people's profiles about their expectations, why in the world create a topic to ask other people why a certain theme occurred? Why didn't you just have the balls to ask them in the first place, rather than use the chickenshit method of 'I read so and so in a profile' and let's all discuss it. Personally, I find this to be the electronic equivalent to talking about someone behind their back.
