Hi, me and Mommy are looking for a shock collar (electric play, around my scrotum). Can anyone suggest one that is a "best buy"?

go to a farm store you should be able to pick up a one setting dog (barking) collar for not very much....less than 25 bucks.  The variable ones are fucking spendy.

extreme restraints have one now i think its in electro play if not it is in michallous or however you spell it xx

The cheapest one I have found was 89$ made by Innotek for small dogs at a pet supply store. It has 4 levels on the remote.

try ebay. I picked up a hundred level vibration and shock dog collar for 40 bucks. level 3 was noticible, level 4 made my thigh muscle spasm, I wimped out after 5. you'll need to figure out your own strap system though, the one it has doesn't close enough. controller looks like a mini walky talky, about cell phone size. water resistant, not proof. I see one for 33 bucks including shipping as a buy it now. They're usually straight from china so you might have to wait like a month for delivery

i second the idea to check ebay... u can get a lot of great kink supplies there if you know how to look
