But you have almost no social skills, kevin. That's kind of my point. Perhaps going out, meeting people, and getting friends would help you way more than these boards ever will. Find a class that interests you, a club for a hobby that you enjoy ... something ... anything ... but get out of the house and away from your computer. You aren't doing yourself any favors here.

i can ask questions and answer them is that not a social or an interpersonal skill. im confused what do people mean then when they talk about interpersonal skills if they dont mean the ability to ask and answer questions and listen surely there is no more to communication

Asking questions and answering them is not really a social skill - anyone can do that. Having social skills means that you can have successful relationships with others. There are things like 'tact' ... 'appropriate behavior' ... and other things that are required for successful interpersonal relationships. You have none of those things. You are rude, obnoxious, deliberately ignorant on a number of topics. Granted, I've seen improvement in your behavior, but you are still so STUCK on things that don't matter in the long run that you are shooting yourself in the foot here. You are negative, always; you ... I don't even know where to start ... you have more issues than a magazine ... and honestly, if your therapist thinks that you're almost ready to do without her ... either she's lying because she doesn't want to deal with you anymore, or she needs to come hang out here on the boards for awhile.
