I did not need a laptop mouse for ages and ages, but I had one because that is just the way I am. It always turned up, though, when I was looking for something else. Finally I think of a use for it and I end up tearing the place apart looking for it, only to find it sitting on the floor right beside My office chair, peeking out from under a phone book.

UGGH

Edit:  Horrible spelling and grammar..  Damn.  Somebody hand Me another Coke before I do something REALLY stupid.

LOL that happens to me all the time. The worst is when you walk around looking for something (car keys perhaps?) and the whole time you've been holding it in your hand.

Just the other day my former Master sent me to the grocery store with His ATM card. i returned home and gave it back to Him.

The next morning He could not locate the ATM card. We tore the house apart for a full day, and by the end of the second day we were both getting confused. We even went so far as to check the laundry from the day before He gave me His card. Well, i finally found the card in the back pocket of my jeans and was very confused as to how it got there. Finally, after discussing it, He remembered that after i returned from grocery shopping, He had given me His card again to go to the store for ciggs. We had a good laugh over it, with Him teasing me about "stealing" His stuff.

Very frustrating indeed!

I have set places that I put things...an order to my chaos if you will, and yet...there must these little aliens or something that keeps my  moving things around I swear it because nothing I have is where I put it last (just kidding) My favorite all time place to forget where  I put something is my own hand. For instance wrapping presants and I am looking for the scissors I am holding I do it every holiday season. It reminds me that I can be like my mother sometimes (now where did i put my glasses oh yeah! i'm wearing them) just goes to show no matter how hard one tries to not be like their parents.....smiles

Nothing is more frustrating than when something so small can make us feel so stupid.

that is why there are so many tv shows about cleaning and organizing. Want us to send in your name as a candidate. I would have to admit it makes me chuckle thinking of them trying to organize a bunch of whips and other bondage equipment. I know in your case though it would all be kinky computer stuff ;)

The one i tend to do most often is go into a room looking for something, get distracted and then leave again all the time not having picked up what i went to fetch, then i realise, go back to get it and get into the room, promptly forgetting what it is i was looking for in the first place!

I have a file cabinet drawer filled with My BDSM stuff, and the straps/cuffs on the bed.  Other than that yeah, all computer equipment.  lMao.

Somebody should call that show for Me.  I do not know how many more of those "sessions" I can handle.
