Everyone has likes/ dislikes and aversions - its actually quite common. Hey - you're perfectly normal!

Indeed. I've had the same problem about being tied up. Can't stand it most times. I enjoy it every now and then but any serious use of cuffs or rope used on me and I start panicking.

And feet do nothing for me one way or the other, I'll massage them if they are clean but don't expect them to come into serious play.

i'm not complicated- sure i'd like to test limits, but i really dislike the feeling i get when i'm panicked and scared to die lol.

When my housemate was going to do a scene where he was going to really push and thought his girl would panic, he tied her in such a way that the ropes held her tight, but if the tail of the rope was pulled the knot would release. He would put the tail end of the rope in each of her hands which gave her the ability to release herself if she had to. In all the times I saw it, I never saw her release herself from the ropes; in knowing that she could, her panic was alleviated. If you are really interested in testing this limit of yours, something similar may be just the thing to allow you to get past it.
