What do you imagine Jesus would say to Paul (Saul)?

Stop putting words in my mouth!!

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 7:54:53 PM)

Forgive me....but didn't he already say it? On the road to Damascus?

subtee -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 7:56:22 PM)

Ha! Let's imagine he didn't.

I'm thinking!

littlewonder -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 7:58:35 PM)

He'd say "this is my message. Now spread it among the people".

Maybe I'm missing something here.

subtee -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 7:59:36 PM)

Well, maybe. But Paul/Saul never met Jesus (in the flesh).

TheHeretic -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:02:55 PM)

"Dude! Chill!"

belladevine -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:05:16 PM)

I believe Jesus is dead and he won't be telling anybody anything.....because he is dead!

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:08:33 PM)

So is Paul....

subtee -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:12:50 PM)

It's an imagined conversation. Duh. Let's assume they have met in the afterlife. OK, let's assume there's an afterlife in which they could meet.

Just try, given your religious understanding, from whatever point that may have found you today...what would their discussion sound like?

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:14:41 PM)

OK....

"So I hear you're a writer..."

belladevine -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:15:25 PM)

Silence is golden and "they say" Jesus always spoke the golden rule.

subtee -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:15:51 PM)

"Fond of letters, yes? That's cool. Today's it's all email and text."

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:16:12 PM)

They do?

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:17:21 PM)

"Check out my new web site -- www.corinthians.god"

domiguy -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:19:36 PM)

Jesus would have said that paul was not as easily duped as those that walked with him.

belladevine -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:20:04 PM)

Yep, that's what "they say" but do they practice what they preach???

I think NOT.

Musicmystery -> RE: Jesus/Paul: A Conversation (5/5/2010 8:20:31 PM)

Though some of them handle horses better.

Hang on...what do you mean there? That his vision was more vital than being, walking with Jesus?
Edit for an impartint werd
