I am starting to get into rope play, but I have some questions.

I am young and just got married and I would like kids some day.

I want to know if genital rope play can affect my husbands sperm?

I bought "Family Jewels" and it is a good book for that type of play, but it did not answer that question.

Can anyone help?

So long as you don't do anything really crazy, you should be just fine.  Family Jewels is a good starting point, and for the most part, play described in it is fairly mild.  I highly doubt you'll risk permanent damage doing anything in that book.
