Hi guys

Looking a bit of technical help here. With the joint account I have with JR, if we receive an email on CollarMe, a notification is sent to my Yahoo address.

I'd like that to happen with this account too, which is my individual one, but it doesn't. My email address is correct in the My Account bit, and the box to receive news and updates is ticked.

I'm thinking that at some point way back in the past I've clicked the little unsubscribe link in one of the email notifications. Is there any way of undoing this so that I get the notifications again?

First, go here to the mail controls (http://www.collarme.com/personals/mailcontrols.htm) and check to see if you have the "Send notification emails for new messages" box checked. If it is not checked, then there is your problem.

If it is already checked, then check your spam folders in yahoo to see if the mail is being sent there.

If you are still having issues, send a not to support via http://www.collarme.com/personals/support.htm. They have always been very helpful to me.

Perfect, thank you! I was hunting for such a checkbox in my account settings, along with the news and updates checkbox, but like an idiot never thought to look under Mail Controls, which is a button I never use. I've now ticked the box, so hopefully problem sorted. Thanks again!
