Soooooo.......................when are you and Pahunk leaving for DC to execute your constitutional rights and arrest him?

Come on man, shit or get off the pot.

I dont have the authority to do that.

(yet)

Oh wait................what are you talking about?

Haven't you been telling us on countless threads that the citizens do have the power because current law is not supported by the Constitution?

So what's stopping you?

He'd never get accepted. They don't have time for tinfoil.

I knew a girl once who spent years trying to get into law school because she wanted to get back at her ex and didn't feel any of her various lawyers had done the job.

Law schools weed those out prior to admission.

Music, ever hear of the Westboro Baptist Church?

Ooooh. Good point.

huh?

you need to understand first off there are various lets say levels of "citizen".  One is a total slave, most likely you as most people come under that category.

Others come under the constitution and the first 11 for sure maybe 12 amendments.

then there are those pesky sunza bitch sovereigns, the evil spawn from the dark depths of liberty unleashed on a happy slave society to wreak turmoil and famine upon the land.

-FR-

I hope someone connected to this trial tries to arrest President Obama and gets shot a whole bunch of times because it would be funny.

DomKen -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 5:05:42 PM)

Funny how easy it was to disprove all of Manning's allegations.

Columbia student who knew the President while he was at Columbia:

DarkSteven -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 6:41:49 PM)

WTF?  A trial not held in any recognized court? And the "charges" against him are not any that I recognize as being allegations of criminal misconduct?  Nobody has standing to bring civil charges...

FFS, I could easily get a conviction against anyone on any charges under those conditions.

tazzygirl -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 6:50:21 PM)

DS. the trial was held at a church.

Manning served as Judge and Prosecuter.

The Jury was stacked.

LOL

the outcome was predictable.

DarkSteven -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 6:53:00 PM)

"I'll be judge and I'll be jury," said cunning old Fury.  "I'll try the whole cause and condemn you to death."

tazzygirl -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 6:55:09 PM)

I got the giggles when i read about this. Manning has a police record, yet he is judging Obama?

Lucylastic -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 7:07:57 PM)

I think it would be hysterical, if it wasnt so pathetic.
Its a farce, a stooooopd stunt, a joke.. so it worked I guess
That is could be considered serious is incredible to me

realcoolhand -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/19/2010 7:08:16 PM)

Wow . . . this is really amazing. This has to be a joke. Please, God, tell me that no literate, interested person with internet access can so misunderstand such fundamental legal principles as "common law." For Christ's holy, heavenly sake, look it up on wikipedia. I'm sure you'll be educated as to the historical distinction between "common law" courts (a.k.a. "law courts") and "chancery" courts. And if you read a few of Justice Scalia's more scholarly opinions on the right to trial by jury, you might learn a thing or two about what the founders actually meant when they referred to "common law" courts (i.e., courts in which a jury determines factual issues, including the guilt of the criminally accused, as opposed to "chancery" courts in which the judge sits without a jury).

Oh, and if you look up "moral agency," you'll learn that you don't have to be some fringe loon to be empowered to "choose your own adventure" as a living, breathing human being. This has GOT TO BE A JOKE. Please sweet Jesus, make it be performance art. Thank god a few of you rational folks have piped up.

the truly amazing thing about it is that is how this country was created!!!

precisely!

tazzygirl -> RE: Guilty Verdict in Obama Trial (5/20/2010 5:11:40 AM)

It WAS how it was created, before the Constitution was written. Before a formal government was established.

Time to stop living in the colonial age, RO.

This country was never without government once they came over here.  The government only went from one set of hands to another.  Colonial age is the key to knowledge to be one of the few people who are capable of actually operating as a Sovereign in this country.

The people are the highest "office", not the corporations of their creation.  Why anyone would think the created is above the creator is beyond me.  Well unless they are into communism or its first cousin democracy.
