For many years, my secret vice at hotels on business trips was watching hours and hours of CSPAN.  Lately this has degenerated into watching episodes of Law and Order.

When at home, I listen to NPR/BBC much of the day.

I prefer listening to NPR on the radio and tuning into CNN when there is a breaking story like the BP oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.
