Brain -> Yemeni cleric calls for killing US civilians (5/23/2010 11:51:33 PM)

FTA; "As for the Americans, I will never surrender to them," he said. "If they want me, they have to search for me and God is the one who decides my fate."

Sorry to say this but some of these people who are so hung up on their beliefs that they can go around threatening people with death and then think that God will decide their fate had better think again. Maybe my idea of God and religion might be a little messed up since I feel that in some cases God might be relieved to see some of these people gone.

Just a note, I don't believe that a supreme power does intervene in things like this.

Yemeni cleric calls for killing US civilians - Yahoo! News

CAIRO – A U.S.-born cleric who has encouraged Muslims to kill American soldiers called for the killing of U.S. civilians in his first video released by a Yemeni offshoot of al-Qaida, providing the most overt link yet between the radical preacher and the terror group.

When did you start believing in God?

Is this not the US citizen that many here were crying alligator tears over because Obama put him on the assassination list?...Off with his head I say...before he takes mine anyway.

I wonder if their views will change about Obama's decision now that he says he is out to kill their children?

This statement does not necessarily mean he does not think he could be caught and jailed or, put to death for his actions. It could mean he would not concern himself with such judgments from other men. For some, ‘fate’ refers to what happens after one leaves this life, not how they leave.

I suspect it is irrelevant to ‘The Almighty’, at least at this time.

There are lesser gods that might.
