In case anyone does not already know, Amy Crowder, the extraordinary corset maker of waspcreations.com (canofsoup on CM) passed away on May 22, 2010. Her obituary is here: //http://www.legacy.com/obituaries/kansascity/obituary.aspx?n=amy-crowder&pid=143100061.

I was fortunate enough to meet Amy at her studio last summer, and ordered a corset and collar. Her work was exquisite, and I was very sad to learn that she was gone.

Though I've never had the pleasure of interacting with Amy, I was familiar with her site.
