Will He help support the baby? Want it adopted out? Abort it? And if it's aborted, what was the point in the first place? But seriously, how many of us women who are in stable relationships (and the OP gave no hint that this ex was a 1-week-wonder) and still potentially able to conceive abstain from all sex during our ovulatory phase??? It sounds like he found something that got him fired up, was lucky enough to find a partner who accepted it and they did what they did with a constant eye on safety - other than tying her legs and his willy in a knot when they hit puberty and nevernevernever having sex again other than in a specific attempt to conceive what would anyone recommend?? I'm not advocating that we all go about having unprotected sex and b*gger the consequences, but neither is the OP..

Do what the Greeks did and I'm told some unmarried Greek girls to to preserve their virginity and have anal sex instead (As I have been informed by more than several Greek women living here. Much as I hate to give the OP this bone, given the tantrums she throws, I was with someone years back who had that very fantasy. At the risk of drawing the OP's wrath (now just ask me how much I care [;)]), the term "breeding" would suggest an actual intention to well... breed. Otherwise it's just a mental game. Now, that said, even if the intent isn't to breed, because the man in question would be delibarately seeking out the most fertile periods pregnancy is a valid concern. Since it's during the time when you are most fertile if the condom breaks, you are most likely to be up shit creek. I, at least, tend to view my risks differently when it has the potential to affect or create other people.

I don;t get it. People who don't want kids and plan to not have them are fine. People who do want kids and try are fine. What's wrong with getting a charge out of making a woman pregnant? As long as the kid will get cared for after birth, whats wrong with getting turned on?
