I am in all places at all times. I have watched and observed from the scaly heavens for quite some time before venturing down to your mortal level.

That is why the moderators, with their treacherous IP address checking abilities may know of my past facades. I have occasionally come to Earth cloaked in disguise to indulge in Skeeball and Ultimate Frisbee.
