With the right choices in partners and life? Yes. Is it easy? No. Can it be done? Absolutely. Has it been done? Unquestionably. It is always in progress, a continual work of art, quite possibly a masterpiece when successful. Most things worth anything do take work though.

Never achieved 'ever after', but absolutely 'for quite a nice looong time and longer than some vanilla friends'.
I require LTR. Sex and especially D/s is far, far better with emotional and intellectual attachment. You just can't achieve true sexual intimacy or any other kind through a booty call or three. I've done gorgeous but stoopid, but it's never worth it.

Yes. Ours is a grand romance, and has been for a few years now. There's still lots of shiny NRE (new relationship energy) with the secondary we added to the mix; we'd been seeing him a bit over a year and I formally collared him and added him to the poly family about six months ago. We're a happy, healthy and stable triad, and we're all in it for the long haul.

i know quite a few happily married D/s couples. One of them will have to die before we can determine if it was "happily ever after". However, most of them seem to be very happy.

I believe it can be done, but you never know until you get to the end, or a long way into the party, eh? :)

I have a two year relationship with my Lady and we were just married. I have high hopes that it will be a love to outlast all loves and will do everything I can to make that come true. <3
