I'm going to be the odd man out I guess. My experience with munches/sloshes are that they are a great way to socialize with others in the lifestyle, but probably not a great way to meet others that share your interests and particularly ones that are likely candidates. Of course this depends on your area which no doubt affects the attendance of said candidates. I have seldom seen many single, unattached, uncollared, whatever, attend munches by themselves, most are cautious or even scared to show up at one alone. On the other hand, on-line is a scary proposition as well, sure you can reach the masses, but you don't really know who you are talking to. (Reflects a second) Of course this is an issue in real life as well, just no-one wants to admit it. I would suggest utilizing both methods and just see what happens...but I certainly wouldn't discount finding someone on-line, we had our share of disappointments but in the end, had great success as well. After all..for all practical purposes, you are on an on-line BDSM people meeting site....seems many forget that part.
