http://www.ted.com/talks/jill_bolte_taylor_s_powerful_stroke_of_insight.html is a fascinating talk on how one women's stroke stopped her left brain from inhibiting euphoria.

I wanted to share it and ask those who regularly (or occasionally) travel to subspace via pain or whatever if they feel they might be experiencing an analogous shift.
