I guess it would be one thing if the avatar was supposed to realistically represent yourself, but if the avatar is 20 years old and 100 lb and the real person is 57 years old and 100 kilo, it might not be that the guys are "fakes" but rather that they were attracted to an online image that didn't match real life.

Well here is part of someones profile information, do you think they are a fake?? Do not waste My time! What's fake about it? It is clear to me this is a pro for hire. I don't even see any trickery about it, it is very up front with the terms of agreement. Just because you want it free does not mean other people will only settle for free.

Ok Let's say that is true. In my over 15 years in the lifestyle I have yet to meet or know anyone who are into it. But for arguments sake, OK I was sent an email with the information in the post, which happened to also be on their profile. So what are the chances that a REAL Domme is sending out mass emails demanding that you pay her before she will talk with you. I agree with DarkSteven. There are fakes and scammers. It's up to you (individually) to weed them out. There are a few good ones, but most are pretty obvious, and even the good ones are fairly easily outed.
